When you think of being healthy, what do you think of? I bet healthy eating and exercise were the first couple of things to pop into your mind. Now don't get me wrong, those things are definitely at the top of my list too, but a big one that we tend to forget and just put up with are our relationships - intimate, friendships and family. We need to have good quality relationships that light us up and make us feel good about ourselves, anything less and it might be time to reconsider. In today's episode I chat with you about why we need healthy relationships and some tips you can incorporate to deal with difficult family members or get the spark back into your intimate relationship.
TOPICS I DISCUSS
+ Why relationships are just as important as eating healthy and exercising. + Family relationships and tips to manage your own energy with difficult family members. + Taking control of your friendships. + How after having a baby can make us feel different in our intimate relationship. + Communicating is imperative to healthy relationships. + Tips to get that spark back in your relationship with your partner.
