Do you love a good birth story as much as I do? In today's episode I share with you my positive birth story with my third bubba Sophie. I open up about the intervention I said yes to and what I allowed to just be, plus how working on my own self-development allowed me to fully trust in my body and go with what it was telling me during labour. In today's society we tend to be frightened by labour and the pain that comes with it. But I had such a positive experience, I feel it is a must to share these stories too. Women should feel empowered and in control of their bodies when it comes to pregnancy and birth. We have the right to say yes or no without judgement from any one. So enjoy my positive birth experience.
