A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with anxiety and have been stepping up my health and self-care game. I wanted to share with you in todays episode some of the things I have been doing to help myself manage my anxiety which may be helpful for you too. Please note, that I am doing these things in conjunction with medical help, so if you are struggling with any sort of mental health issue, seek appropriate help from a medical doctor.
