You can never prepare what it is going to be like to become a mum for the first time, and I think it is the same with transitioning from one child to two. Now don't get me wrong, I love being a family of four; it is so fulfilling but in today's episode I share with you how I have found the transition. In all honesty, I have found it super challenging at times, and then throw in a diagnosis of anxiety and you have a recipe for struggle town. But it isn't all doom and gloom, I share with you some of things I am doing and have implemented to help make the juggle a little more manageable.
TOPICS I DISCUSS
+ How I have felt about becoming a mum of two. + Why I think transitioning from 2 to 3 children may be easier than the transition from 1 to 2 children. + How my first born has handled the transition. + What a feeding box is and how it can help during feed times with your baby. + How my transition has been from a mum of one to a mum of two. + Sibling resentment. + Grieving the end of just you and your first born. + How self-care is imperative to thriving and not just surviving. + At home workouts on Instagram. + Nourish your body for energy and vitality (my healthy recipes). + The two things I get other people to do for me which has saved me time and less stress. ~ Thank you so much for listening to this episode.
