I don't know about you but sometimes I just feel like toast for brekkie. But a lot of the time it never fills me up for long because I'm lacking the substance needed to keep me full for longer. Inspired by one of my clients, this toast topper came to life and tastes delicious, and kept me full for the morning. Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS 2 pieces of bread (rye, sourdough or gluten free) 2tbs peanut butter 4 strawberries, sliced Walnuts Drizzle of honey 1. Toast the bread as normal. Once cooked, spread peanut butter on both slices. Top with strawberries, crushed walnuts and drizzle with honey.
