I love ice cream as much as the next person, but if you can find a healthier option that tastes just like gelati but without the refined sugar, why wouldn't you give it a go. It was a hot day in Melbourne and I wanted to treat me and the girls, so I put this combo together in my Nutri-Bullet and it came out perfect. Serves: 2
Free from: dairy, refined sugar INGREDIENTS 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen raspberries 2/3 cup almond milk 1tbs cashew butter 1/2 tbs vanilla protein powder 1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and turn it on. 2. Scoop into two bowls and enjoy a healthy take on ice-cream.
