Pilates is super popular at the moment, and for good reason. It is low impact but highly effective. It suits all fitness levels and strengthen and tones the entire body without the need to do burpees or jumping around. Since studying Pilates in late 2019 I have loved offering this to my personal training clients. Helping mum's regain core strength after having their babies is the best thing. I did Pilates for that exact reason, so now I want to share my passion with my online community. I have put together a quick at-home Pilates workout that you can do anywhere, no equipment needed. Aim for 12-15 reps of each exercise and do 2-3 rounds. Allow yourself a 30-60 second rest in between rounds. Let me know how you go with this workout!
