Since having my daughter I have felt a real disconnect in myself; emotionally, physically and spiritually. I look at myself in the mirror and am still coming to terms with the changes I see. My body isn't what it was before - after all I carried and birthed a child so how can I expect it to be? But we do...we expect it to be what it was in the past. It never is going to be, so let's embrace the changes and learn to connect with ourselves again. In the below video blog I give you some of my favourite tools at the moment I am using to connect back to myself and live from my feminine energy instead of the striving and pushing masculine energy that I have been friends with for far too long.
