6 weeks together in a group setting
+ 3 x up to 90min fortnightly sessions (via Zoom) - Wednesday's 11:00am AEST
+ A sprinkle of my spiritual side (reiki, oracle cards, intuition)
+ Resources and worksheets if needed
+ Unlimited email support for the entire six weeks and the week following our last session

Why choose me?
I have been where you are (multiple times).
I thought I could treat my body the way I did when I was in my late teens, alcohol and fatty food a plenty. But as my twenties were going by, my waist line was going out. I was unhappy with what my body had become and feeling tired all the time didn't help. I decided I needed to do something and NOW. I started exercising and changed my diet completely, the extra weight came off and the best part, I am now energetic, healthy and fit.
In 2013 I started reading blogs about self-love and wellness and I was hooked. I now practice it most days (let's be honest here) and feel even more amazing than I did with just exercise and good food. I find myself just randomly smiling because I am genuinely happy with myself and my life. I want to share this feeling and love with women every where! We all deserve to feel this way and I have made it my mission to spread the love!
Now I am a mum I want to share my experiences and things I learn along the way with other mum's and mum's to-be. Exercising, eating good nutritious food and practicing wellness is even more important while pregnant and into motherhood.
I was diagnosed with postnatal anxiety in 2018 after having my second daughter and I've been managing it ever since. I also have been working on regulating my hormones as these were thrown out of sink in 2018 as well and left me with severe PMS symptoms.
So as you can see, I am with you!

My qualifications...
I am a fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor and I'm passionate and dedicated to women's health, fitness & wellness. You only live once so why not make it a happy, healthy and long lasting life!
I hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness, I have completed 'Exercising For Two' for pre and postnatal women, and Pilates for Personal Trainers. I am a certified Wellness Coach (Level 1). I studied for 12 months to become an Holistic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). And completed Level 1, 2 & 3a reiki master healer training.
I also have a Bachelor of Business.
I am located in Melbourne Australia but I have had clients from all around the world including Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK.
