This program is based on low impact exercises featuring pilates, yoga, strength and simple cardio exercises.

+ light dumbbells (2-3kg)
+ a timer of some sort (your phone is perfect)
+ a journal to track your progress
Inside you will find four weeks of exercises; three structured workouts per week, plus suggestions to move your body most days in other ways.
