This is the first in my new video blog series...I listened to your feedback on Instagram (thank you!) and 100% of you wanted me to do videos on the recipes that I make, so here is the first in what I'm sure will be many.
It is super quick and super yummy!
If you crave chocolate, like moi, then this will definitely be a healthy option to curb that craving. You get the chocolate hit but with the goodness of antioxidants (cacao has over 40 times more antioxidants than blueberries), iron, magnesium, protein, fibre, vitamins and healthy fats.
