"There is a stream of love supporting my dreams" - this is the affirmation card I pulled from Gabby Bernstein's 'The Universe Has Your Back' affirmation deck to guide me for what I needed to share with you in today's episode.
At first I had no idea what that meant and what I could share, but then it popped into my head that I needed to share with you my journey to how I got to where I am today.
From the boring jobs, breaking up with a boyfriend to meeting my husband and taking the leap of faith to start my own business.
Life throws us crap at times, but there are lessons in it all and this episode is a little sneak behind the curtain of my personal life. I hope it inspires you to trust and listen to your own wisdom so you too can live your healthiest and happiest life.
