Over the past 7 years of working with hundreds of women and supporting them with their health, healing and wellness, I have learnt that there is so much more to health than just food and exercise.
Don't get me wrong, food and fitness are such an important part and are definitely needed, but you need to back those two things up with good quality sleep, self-care and great relationships to really reap the benefits of living your best life.

How is this program delivered?
This is an email based program, so you will receive weekly emails with the content for the following week so you can get prepped. There is also a Facebook group where you can engage with each other and myself for the duration of the journey together. Zoom will be used for the two group catch ups that we will have and the recording will be emailed to all Tier 2 members.
Are there any refunds if I decide I don't want to continue with the program?
No there are no refunds unfortunately, so make sure you are 100% committed to yourself so you get the most out of our time together. With all the programs I have done in the past, the women have been very happy and seen great results. It just takes your commitment to get the most out of it.
I have my own fitness routine, can I do this without the exercise section?
Unfortunately this is a package and cannot be swapped and changed. You will receive 3 workouts per week in your weekly email, so it is up to you whether you want to do those or stick with what you are already doing.
I am a current personal training client of yours, are my PT sessions included in the above price?
No, this program is totally separate to my personal training sessions and group classes. This is a great addition to the work you are already doing with me, especially if you are wanting to really dive deeper into getting results and make big changes. You will however receive a 10% discount on the price if you are a current personal training client of mine, so speak to me before purchasing so you can get your discount on both weekly payments or pay in full.
