Last week I was chatting with one of my gorgeous clients and she said to me that when it comes to snacks she probably eats more than she should because they are 'healthy'. This wasn't the first time that I heard this being said to me. When it comes to healthy snacks we really need to stick to our correct portions.
I think because we know that the snack that we are eating is good for us, we automatically give ourselves permission to eat as much as we like. It clouds our judgement and we just get caught up in the healthiness of the snack.
